Easy Ways to Restore Energy

If you could go back in time, would you?

Imagine having the energy you did 20 years ago.

What would you do?

I used to think about this all the time. Especially on days I was tired.

What I wouldn't give to get an ounce more of energy.

But one afternoon a buddy sent me this article. He knew I had been struggling for a while. Because I kept canceling on our morning jogs.

And let me tell you something… it really helped me. And they are dead simple.

In fact, there are a few things you can do right now to help unlock your "energy reserves."

Let me show you:

Get Some Sun

Fresh air and vitamin D can help boost your mood and energy levels. Even if you take just a short walk.

Pass the Ball!

Playing catch is a simple way to get exercise and that vitamin D I mentioned above. It'll get your blood flowing and help increase your energy levels.

Drink Water

Most folks are tired because they're dehydrated. Grabbing another coffee may sound good, but it won't help in the long run. Go for H2O.

Ditch the Caffeine

In fact, you should drop the caffeine altogether. More and more studies are showing alternatives to caffeine that can help energy levels. For example, one is called Ubiquinol. And it works by converting the nutrients from the carbs and fats we eat into energy.

Eat Your Energy

You can find Ubiquinol in the wild. Foods like red meat, spinach, sardines, tuna, strawberries, oranges, nuts and wholegrains all have some Ubiquinol in them.

Rest

Seems counterintuitive. But when you give your body a chance to recover, your energy levels can bounce back. So take some time to kick back and relax if you're feeling run down.

See I told you. Simple, easy things you can do today. And no time machine is needed. Hope you have a great week.
