We discovered that blending takes a little longer than a typical blender, and it is helpful to tip or lightly shake in between blend cycles, and be sure to have enough liquid. We brought it camping in order to grind coffee beans, since we particularly enjoy fresh coffee wherever we go! We did discover the need to shake the blender for more complete grinding.

    Overall, we do recommend this great blender. It is easy to use, easy to clean and holds a charge very well."

    Works perfectly as advertised!

    It is so easy to use, light weight for travel, powerful blades chop everything I put in. I love the 20 second auto shut off timer! I can push the button, set it down and do something else for the few seconds it takes for my perfect smoothe every time! Love, love, love it!!! ❤️

    Base turned on by itself and will not shut off

    As I wrote an email already, the base turned on by itself while on the counter after washing the bottle components and letting them dry. That this can happen is absurd enough but that it can happen and not be turned off or shut down any other way is irresponsible design.
