    Confused on operation modes

    There is no heat to it or very little.I cannot tell what icon means what and how to set it for 20 minutes

    present for my mother

    I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother. She took a little getting used to it but loves it. She also shared it with my dad who fell asleep while using it. They both love it.

    Eye spa

    I've only used it a couple of times so far but it is relaxing. My issue is it didn't come with any instructions. In your pamphlet it says it has 3 settings but I received no instruction on how to access the 3 different settings. Also said you can set for different amounts of time per session but no instruction on how.

There's a total of 4 modes and a duration is already assigned to all of them: dynamic (10 minutes), relaxation (15 minutes), soothing (15 minutes), and sleep (20 minutes).     Eye massager

    I very much liked the eye massager. It helps me get to sleep by relaxing me just before bedtime. I really like the heat as well as the variation of massages that it gives. I also believe that it helps some with my eye bags.
