A: The Patriot Pure pre-filter is washable and reusable. The replaceable filters last between 6 months to two years with proper maintenance and when used in areas with typical air quality. Additional replacement filters will ensure “continuous pure air protection” if replaced as recommended.
A: Replacing your home’s air filter only works on larger particulates and will not protect you from the real dangers lurking in your air – microscopic airborne pathogens. And cleaning your home’s air ducts will only last a short time, as dust, dirt, and fine particulates begin to re-accumulate and you’ll be right back where you started – with dirty air. United StatesI bought 2 sets of three of these. I have them in both my upstairs and downstairs. I like that the auto feature definitely picks up on things because I can see it change to higher speed and the color go red when my dog shakes off dust in front of it. It also will speed up and turn yellow when I'm cooking which makes me believe it works. My only negative is that I had to have one item replaced and it is down again. It took several months to get it replaced.

United StatesAfter suffering with allergy issues, mostly from mold and old dander, we purchased our Patriot Pure Air systems. Super easy to set up, quiet, and best of all they really work!! You could tell a difference in the air quality almost immediately and after 24 hours it was a huge difference!! Our air quality has improved so much and I have a lot less concern about allergy issues. Definitely recommend!!

United StatesI bought three of these Air Purifiers to try and help deal with my asthma. After the first couple of nights, I am noticing that I am sleeping more soundly and am not waking up feeling like I need to cough. Unfortunately, I only got 2 new units when they came in. The third unit was highly used. There was dust all inside the unit as well as some other substance on the front panel. When I tried calling to talk with customer service I sat on hold for 20 minutes, then when I went to ask for a callback, the system hung up on me before I could register it. I called back in and asked for a callback...it has been over 24 hours and I still haven't heard from anyone. I also sent an email that has not been answered. I know 4Patriots usually has good service, so it is surprising that Patriot Health is lackluster.
