Relieves sore muscles, but ....

Overall the item is good but I wish it got hot enough to actually make me sweat. I usually sweat pretty easily too but not in the wrap.

Greg, sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the SaunaWrap settings. I'd like to offer some tips that could be helpful to get an optimal temperature. The default temperature is 140 degrees Fahrenheit (recommended). If you would like a warmer temperature, push the temperature button to cycle to the temperature desired. The temperature will increase in increments of 2 degrees when the button is pressed. For temperatures lower than 140, first hold the temperature button for 10 seconds and cycle the temperature up and through 176, and the temperature setting will start at the lowest setting, 86 degrees. Simply cycle to the desired temperature from there to begin. It will take about 10 minutes for your SaunaWrap to heat to your desired temperature. Best Regards~Mandy

I purchased two sauna wraps. One for my sister and one for me. I believe I can speak for the both of us. We love it. My husband has been using it also. My only problem is it’s heavy to move it around. I’ve been trying different places to use it. I started with the floor, a recliner and finally my bed. Give it a try.

Infrared Sauna Blanket

My wife and I are in our late 60's and like many, we seem to get cold to the bone no matter how much the heat is turned up or how many sweaters we wear! I bought the infrared blanket as a Christmas present for her (and me...wink wink). I have known about infrared therapeutic benefits and the different wavelengths, far and near. This blanket has a safe level. Those walk-in rooms are many $thousands and those tent types are ridiculous. This blanket is fantastic. It heats up and it feels like my bones are heating from the inside out. It is like a spa experience that puts you into a super relaxed state. I place it on my sofa and go on "vacation". I work outside and this is my antidote. I am so glad I made the purchase. Well made, great price. Thumbs up!
