Signs of Low T

Everyone knows what I mean when I say T levels. And while women gain testosterone as they age, men lose theirs as they get older. This can cause a lot of men to feel worse as they get older. But the biggest problem? A lot of men don't know that low T could be their problem.

That's why today, we're going to talk about a few signs of low T in men. I've also included a couple of ways to boost testosterone naturally at the bottom.

You're Feeling Grouchy

One sign is that you're more frustrated than normal. You might notice that your day is ruined over things you used to let go of. Or your partner might have expressed some concerns about your anger.

Now, this doesn't mean that having a bad day means you have low testosterone. But if you're irritable & mad even on good days, your T may be slipping.

You're Feeling Depressed

This is another feeling that you might not recognize. Having low T levels could leave you feeling down in the dumps — even on good days. It's not always easy to spot it yourself, but loved ones may notice it quickly.

The good news is that there are some things you can do to fix it. For one, a healthier diet can support a better mood. An increase in foods like protein, dairy & leafy greens can help. Or other foods that are rich in testosterone.

You Can't Concentrate

This is one of the signs of low T that can be very frustrating. So if you're having a hard time focusing, it could be a telltale sign.

There is one exception. Stressful events, like new job duties, can cause a lack of concentration. So before you label your lack of focus on low T, make sure there aren't any new stressors in your life.

What Do I Do If I Have Low T?

If you think you have low T, no worries. You aren't doomed to a grouchy, depressed life. There are a few ways to get some more testosterone in your body.

The first is to eat foods that increase testosterone levels. Things like eggs, fatty fish & healthy fats can all help you boost your T levels.

There are also some great all-natural supplements you can try. A few that I recommend are DIM, Long Jack & Yin Yang Huo.

No matter what you choose, you have options to get your T levels back to where you want them.
