Sunday Thoughts (20 recipes)

We've all been fed a bit of a lie.

And I used the word "fed" on purpose.

I'm talking about breakfast. Because for years how many times have you had cereal or pancakes? Or a big waffle with syrup. Mmm.

Don't get me wrong, I love these foods. But if you're trying to lose weight… they're not the best.

Instead, I've got a list of breakfast ideas that are not only delicious… but healthy too!

So here we go… here are 20 breakfast recipes I think you'll love (so will your waistline):

Also, remember this famous quote… "even moderation in moderation." So start off small, then work up to make these meals more of a common thing for your breakfast.

Hope you get to try one of these recipes this week. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
